Use it in the toner step of daily skincare, after facial cleansing, pat the face to keep it slightly wet.
Take an appropriate amount of toner on a cotton pad or palm, wipe evenly on the face and neck along the skin texture, or pat gently until fully absorbed.
Can be used as a hydrating mask: Soak the cotton pad with toner, apply on the face for 5-8 minutes for intensive hydration.
Store in a cool dry place away from high temperature and direct sunlight, tighten the cap immediately after use.
