Microwave heating: Put the rice cakes and seasoning packs into the cup, fill it with boiling water to the marked line on the cup, then put it into the microwave oven and heat for 1 minute and 30 seconds at 1000w or 2 minutes and 30 seconds at 700w.
Pan heating: Pour the rice cakes into the pan, add seasonings and 100ml of water, bring to a boil and turn to low heat to cook for 5 minutes.
