1. It is advisable to use it once a week. Take out the nose patch with dry hands and peel off the transparent film;
2. Fully moisten the nasal skin;
3. Stick the smooth side of the nose patch on the nose and press to make it fit tightly;
4. Leave it for 10 - 15 minutes in summer and 5 - 10 minutes in spring, autumn and winter until the nose patch dries and hardens;
5. Gently peel off the nose patch slowly from the edge, do not tear it off forcefully;
6. If the nose patch is too dry, moisten it with water first before removing it.
