1. Before wearing: Wash hands thoroughly and dry, take out the lens from the package and soak it in fresh contact lens solution for at least 4 hours; check if the lens is intact and free of stains, and confirm that the power and style are consistent;
2. When wearing: Place the lens on the tip of the index finger, pull down the lower eyelid with the middle finger, open the upper eyelid with the thumb, and gently attach the lens to the cornea with the convex side facing the eyeball; blink to adjust the position after releasing the eyelids;
3. During wearing: The daily wearing time shall not exceed 10 hours, avoid wearing while sleeping, and remove immediately if dryness, stinging or other discomfort occurs;
4. Removal and care: Wash hands thoroughly, gently pinch the edge of the lens to take out, rub and clean with contact lens solution, then soak in new contact lens solution for preservation, and replace the solution daily;
5. Precautions: Monthly replacement lenses must be replaced after 30 days of use, and expired or damaged lenses are prohibited from wearing; confirm no eye diseases before wearing and check eyesight regularly; do not share with others to prevent cross-infection.
