1. Thoroughly wash hands with hand sanitizer before wearing, dry hands and take out the lens;
2. Check the front and back of the lens (front side is a teardrop shape, back side is a flat circle), ensure no damage or stains;
3. Hold the lens on the pad of the index finger, gently place it on the center of the eyeball, and blink slightly to fit the lens;
4. Recommended daily wearing time does not exceed 8 hours, and must be removed before going to bed;
5. Discard directly after removal, do not reuse or soak for reapplication;
6. If stinging, redness, tearing or other discomfort occurs during wearing, immediately remove the lens, rinse the eyes with normal saline, and seek medical attention if symptoms persist;
7. Avoid wearing while swimming, bathing or when there is eye inflammation.
