1. Wash hands thoroughly before wearing, ensure nails are trimmed neatly, take out the lens and check for damage or stains;
2. Hold the lens with your fingertips and distinguish the front and back sides (the inner edge is the front side, and the outer edge is the back side);
3. Gently pull up the upper eyelid, attach the lens to the eyeball surface, and blink to adjust the position after releasing the eyelid;
