1. Wearing preparation: Wash and dry hands, take out the lens and check for damage and front/back side (inner edge is front, outer edge is back);
2. Wearing operation: Hold the lens on the pad of index finger, pull up the upper eyelid with the other hand, gently attach the lens to the eyeball, and blink to fit the lens after releasing the eyelid;
