1. Wash hands thoroughly and trim nails before wearing, take out the lens and check for damage or stains;
2. Distinguish the front and back sides of the lens (the bowl-shaped inner edge is the front side, and the outer edge is the back side), and hold the lens steadily with fingertips;
3. Gently pull up the upper eyelid, attach the lens to the eyeball surface, and blink to adjust to a comfortable position after releasing the eyelid;
4. When removing, wash hands and gently pinch the edge of the lens to take it off;
