Clean your feet with warm water and pat dry, wipe off the oil and dirt on the heel to keep the skin clean.
Tear open the aluminum foil packaging, take out the heel mask pair, wear it on both heels and fix it well.
Keep it on for 20-25 minutes to let the essence be fully absorbed, then take off the mask.
Pat the remaining essence on the heel and the whole foot with fingertips until fully absorbed, no need to rinse, and apply foot cream for lock-in if needed.
