1. Before wearing, confirm that there is no damage to the leg skin, and pull up gradually from the sock opening after washing hands;
2. First put the sock on the toe, then slowly pull it to the ankle, adjust it to be flat and then continue to pull it to the root of the thigh;
3. For the footless style, fix the heel strap on the sole of the foot to ensure no wrinkles accumulate;
4. When taking off, roll down gradually from the root of the thigh to the ankle, then take off the whole from the toe;
5. It is recommended to wear it for no more than 8 hours a day. Wash it gently by hand with neutral detergent, and avoid machine washing and vigorous rubbing.
