1. After cleansing, take an appropriate amount of toner into the palm or on a cotton pad;
2. Apply evenly to the entire face, gently pat or massage with finger pads until fully absorbed;
3. When the skin is dry and dehydrated, soak a cotton pad with toner and apply it to dry areas for 3-5 minutes for intensive hydration;
4. It can be applied repeatedly 2-3 layers to enhance moisturizing effect;
