1. After wetting the body, take an appropriate amount of body wash in the palm of your hand or on a loofah;
2. Add a small amount of water and rub to produce rich and dense foam;
3. Apply the foam evenly to the whole body skin and gently massage in circular motions (focus on cleaning oily or dry-prone areas such as elbows, knees and back);
4. After massaging for 1-2 minutes, rinse the foam thoroughly with warm water;
