100% NON-GMO Sencha Green Tea Leaves (Camellia sinensis)

1. Hot brewing: Take 3-5g tea leaves, add 80-85℃ hot water (avoid boiling water), steep for 1-2 minutes, then pour and drink. Can be brewed 3-4 times.
2. Cold brewing: Put 5g tea leaves into a bottle, add 500ml cold water or ice water, refrigerate for 4-6 hours, then drink directly.
3. Store in a cool, dry, dark and airtight container after opening to prevent moisture absorption and flavor loss.
